Dumpling Wheat Pasta, Modified Milk Ingredients, Maltodextrin, Corn Starch, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Enriched Wheat Flour, Sea Salt, Dried Ricotta, Cheddar And Blue Cheeses, Caramel Colour, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, High Monounsaturated Vegetable Oil (Canola, Soybean And/Or Sunflower), Natural Flavour, Citric Acid, Spice, Monoglycerides, Onion Powder, Annatto, Coconut Oil, Sugar, Sodium Citrate, Disodium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide, Xanthan Gum.

Preparation And Usage

Add ground beef YOU WILL NEED 1 LB (500 g) LEAN GROUND BEEF 1 ¼ CUPS (300 mL) MILK 1 ¾ CUPS (425 mL) HOT WATER FOR TOPPING ½ CUP (125 ML) MILK STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS COOK ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, for 7 to 8 minutes, breaking into small chunks and stirring constantly while cooking. Cook until browned and completely cooked; drain. STIR in 1 ¼ CUPS (300 ML) MILK, hot water, sauce mix and uncooked pasta. HEAT to boiling, stirring occasionally. REDUCE HEAT, COVER and SIMMER about 10 MINUTES, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. MEANWHILE, stir ½ CUP (125 ML) MILK and topping mix in small bowl; set aside. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND UNCOVER. POUR topping over beef mixture (sauce will thicken as it stands). Refrigerate leftovers. MAKES ABOUT 5 SERVINGS (1 cup/250 mL each). MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS IMPORTANT: Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate. CRUMBLE 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef into 3-quart (3 L) microwaveable casserole or bowl. Microwave UNCOVERED on HIGH 5 TO 7 MINUTES, breaking up beef and stirring thoroughly after 2 minutes, until evenly brown throughout; drain. STIR in 1 ¼ CUPS (300 ML) MILK, 2 CUPS (500 ML) BOILING WATER, sauce mix and uncooked pasta. MICROWAVE UNCOVERED on HIGH 14 to 16 MINUTES, stirring every 5 minutes, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken as it stands). Dish will be hot. MEANWHILE, STIR ½ CUP (125 ML) MILK AND topping mix in small bowl; set aside. POUR topping over beef mixture. Refrigerate leftovers.
