MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
1. In 4 cup (1 L) microwaveable bowl, whisk sauce mix into 2 cups (500 mL) milk until blended.
2. Microwave on HIGH 5-6 minutes, whisking every minute until boiling, smooth and thickened.
