Cooking & Usage Tips

Tasty Madras Curry - Serves 4 1. FRY 1 diced onion in 2 tbsp of oil. Add 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 chopped garlic cloves, a ½ jar of spice paste & sizzle (2 MINS). Add 50 ml water, cook until water has evaporated. 2. SEAR 4 diced chicken breasts, add 250 g chopped tomatoes and 100 ml water; simmer until chicken is cooked through (15 MINS), garnish with cilantro. TRY with 500 g diced beef for a classic curry. Simmer for 50 mins until cooked through.
