Cooking & Usage Tips

Grill or skillet - Heat non-stick pan on medium high heat. - Sear each side of the patty for 30 seconds. - Lower heat to medium, cook 4 minutes per side if thawed or 5 minutes if frozen. - Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Oven - Preheat oven to 350°F. - On a greased baking sheet, cook patty for 12 minutes. - Flip the patty, cook for another 12 minutes. - Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
