MICROWAVE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove frozen bowl from carton and pierce film. Microwave one bowl at a time on high for 2 minutes, pull back film, stir contents, replace film and continue to microwave on high for 90 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute, remove film, stir and serve.
