Oven method 1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) 2. Spread frozen potatoes in a single layer on a non stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. 3. Place in oven and heat 20-25 minutes or to desired crispness. Turn potatoes halfway through the cook time. Deep fry method 1. Preheat oil to 360°F (182°C) 2. Place frozen potatoes in fryer basket. Do not fill basket more than half full. 3. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. 4. Fry 3 1/4 minutes or to desired crispness.
