Cooking & Usage Tips
SUGGESTED COOKING INSTRUCTION
(2 cups of rice for 40 pieces of sushi)
1. Rinse the rice in cold water until water is clear. Drain well.
2. Put the rice into your saucepan then cover it with 2 cups of water.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Remove pot from heat and let the rice stand, covered, for another 10 minutes
5. Gradually pour ½ cup of the KIM PHAT rice vinegar over your rice.
6. Mix well and let cool to room temperature.
7. Your sushi rice is now ready to be used for making all kinds of sushi !
