Swiss cheese 55% (of which 75% Appenzeller cheese), white wine, water, corn starch, Kirsch, emulsifying salts (E339, E452), salt, spices. Pasteurised. Contains Alcohol.

Preparation And Usage
Appenzeller® cheese fondue is easy to prepare:
- Hold the unopened fondue pouch under hot water for 30 seconds and then cut open the entire width of the pouch.
- Empty the content into a saucepan or fondue pot.
- Bring to the boil and constantly stir for at least 5 minutes in a figure of eight until the fondue mix is completely melted. The longer the fondue simmers, the creamier it becomes and the less intense the flavour of kirsch and wine.
- Season to taste.
- Place the fondue pot over a burner at the center of the table.
- Place prepared cubes of bread on the fondue fork, dip in the mix, stir and enjoy.
