Cooking method
As an appetizer
1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add edamame and one teaspoon of salt.
3. Cook for 4-6 minutes.
4. Drain thoroughly and serve.
5. Season with sea salt.
6. To eat, push the bean out of the shell and into your mouth. Discard the shell.
