Cooking & Usage Tips

Cooking method As an appetizer 1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. 2. Add edamame and one teaspoon of salt. 3. Cook for 4-6 minutes. 4. Drain thoroughly and serve. 5. Season with sea salt. 6. To eat, push the bean out of the shell and into your mouth. Discard the shell. Portion 1 4-6 min. Do not overcook! Frozen vegetables have been precooked prior to freezing. For best results, use a fork to pierce vegetables and verify if they are ready.
