Cooking & Usage Tips

It is not necessary to boil Oven-Ready Lasagne Sheets.

To Layer: place sheets of Lasagne side by side for each layer. Sheets will expand while baking.

You can prepare your lasagna up to 48 hours in advance without baking it. Prepare and store the lasagna in the refrigerator at or below 40F. Since the lasagna will be cold it will require a longer baking time, 45 min covered, and 15 min uncovered at 425F. Let rest for 15 min before serving.

To freeze a lasagna, do not bake it before freezing. Assemble the lasagna in a freezer safe/oven safe container, cover tightly and freeze. When you are ready to bake it, defrost it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake at 425F for 45 min covered and 15 min uncovered. Let rest for 15 min before serving.
