Deep fryer 2 ½ minutes 350 °F / 180 °C 1 Preheat fryer to 350 °F / 180°C. 2 Place frozen fried potatoes in fryer, no more than half full. 3 Cook 2 ½ minutes to desired colour and crispness, then remove fryer basket and excess of oil. 4 Serve immediately after cooking.
