How do I cook this?
Conventional oven: cooking times and temperatures may vary from one appliance to another
1 Preheat oven to 425°F (230° C). Cook products from frozen.
2 Place wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3 Bake for 20 minutes, turn wings over and bake for a further 10 minutes, or cook until an internal temperature of 165 °F / 74 °C.
But can I grill them?
Of course! Just preheat your BBQ to 400°F (200° C) and follow the same instructions as for a traditional oven.
