Classic pancakes Makes: 12 You will need: 2 cups Bisquick™ Mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1 Stir ingredients until blended. 2 Pour about ¼ cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. 3 Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. For thinner pancakes, increase milk to 1 ⅓ cups. Waffles Makes: 12 (4-inch) You will need: 2 cups Bisquick™ Mix 1⅓ cups milk 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 egg 1 Stir ingredients until blended. 2 Pour onto centre of hot greased waffle maker; close lid. 3 Bake about 5 min or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Biscuits Makes: 8 2¼ cups Bisquick™ Mix ⅔ cup milk 1 Heat oven to 450°F (220°C). Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. 2 Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. 3 Bake 8 to 10 min or until golden brown. Rolled biscuits method: turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick™ mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough to ½-inch thick. Cut with 2½-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake as above. Dumplings Makes: 10 2 cups Bisquick™ Mix ⅔ cup milk 1 Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. 2 Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew; reduce heat. 3 Cook uncovered 10 min. Cover and cook 10 min longer.
