You will need:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 400ºF (or 375ºF for nonstick pan). Grease pan. Stir Muffin Top Mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl just until blended (batter will be thick).
2. Drop batter by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Top each muffin top with streusel, about 1/2 teaspoon.
3. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely before storing.
