Cook methodOven preheat oven to 218℃ (425ºF).
Place frozen tenders about 1 inch apart on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Air fryer place frozen tenders on the air fryer tray and close fryer. No preheating needed. Heat at 182℃ (360ºF) for 5 minutes.
Microwave arrange about 4 frozen tenders on a microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 1 minute 15 seconds. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Cook times and temperature may vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 63℃ (145ºF).
Not recommended boiling.
