Recommended dose: To optimize intestinal flora health and gastrointestinal health: adults/adolescents (3-17 years)/children (6-12 years): take 1-2 capsules daily. To help reduce the risk of antibiotic associated diarrhea and Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea in hospitalized patients: adults: take 2 capsules daily for the duration of the antibiotic therapy and the following 5 days. If you are taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+® at least 2 hours after taking antibiotics.
