Cooking & Usage Tips
DIRECTIONS
Gravy:
1. Cook your favourite meat and remove it from roasting pan.
2. Spoon off fat and save drippings in pan.
3. Add one cup of cold water to drippings and start heating.
4. Add 1 to 2 tbsps of BISTO depending on required thickness.
5. Bring to boil, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. Serve.
Soups & Stews:
To season and thicken:
1. Mix 1 to 2 tbsps of BISTO to soup or stew during cooking, stirring occasionally.
2. Bring to a boil. Serve.
MICROWAVE BROWNING GLAZE
To make an easy microwave browning paste, combine ⅓ cup (75 mL) BISTO and ¼ cup (50 mL) cold water. Mix thoroughly. Brush on meat before and during cooking as needed, for an even brown surface.

Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Sugar, Wheat Starch, Monosodium Glutamate, Caramel, Onion Flavour, Torula Yeast, Soy Flour, Seasoning, Garlic Flavour And Hydrolyzed Soy And Corn Protein.
