1) Place wrapper into warm water until it is pliable (about 10 seconds), remove and blot. 2) Place the filling in the middle of the wrapper. 3) Fold over the bottom. 4) Fold over the 2 sides. 5) Roll wrapper upwards to form a neat roll shape. Serve immediately or deep-fry for about 2 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened put in an airtight container, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
