Cooking instructions
For best results, cook from frozen.
Check the internal temperature of the cooked burger before serving. Pork Bacon Burger "Bomb" is fully cooked at 160ºF (71℃).
As all kitchen equipment varies, these cooking times are guidelines only.
BBQ grill
1. Preheat half of the grill to a medium high heat. Leave the other half off.2. Place the frozen pork burgers on the grill, over the indirect heat (the part of the grill not on).
3. Grill for 8-10 minutes, flip the burger over and grill for 10 minutes more.4. Move the burger over the direct heat to finish cooking and crisp the bacon — 3-5 minutes more.
5. Turn and flip the burger as needed during grilling.
Conventional oven1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190℃). Place the frozen pork burger on a lined baking sheet.
2. Place in the oven on the middle rack and roast for 10 minutes.
3. Flip the burger over and continue roasting for 10-12 minutes more.4. If desired turn the broiler on to crisp the bacon for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
