Preparation instructions
Barbecue
1. Preheat barbecue to medium temperature.
2. Remove ribs from packaging and set aside the extra sauce in bag.
3. Place ribs, bone side down, on barbecue grill.
4. Barbecue ribs for 8 - 10 minutes, turning as required.
5. Baste with reserved sauce during last few minutes of heating.
Always heat ribs to a minimum internal temperature of 74℃ (165ºF) using an accurate meat thermometer. As all appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
Conventional oven
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190℃).
2. Remove ribs from packaging.
3. Place ribs, bone side down, on a shallow baking tray on middle oven rack.
4. Bake for 18 - 25 minutes, turning as required.
