Preparation And Usage

Instructions You will need: - 1 box (475 g) Cannelle Muffin Mix - 375 ml ( 1 ½ cups) of plain yogurt 2% M.F. - 1 egg, beaten - 30 ml (2 tbsp) organic coconut oil (melted if solid) or vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp) cold water Place the dry muffin mix in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the liquid ingredients, then add to the dry mix and blend at medium speed for 3 minutes. The batter should be thick and of an even consistence. Evenly separate the mixture into the muffin tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for around 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving. Replace the egg with our Cannelle Egg Replacer if you want an egg-free recipe.
