Carbonaut gluten free breads have a shelf life of 9 days at room temperature. To extend shelf life, keep product in the freezer and follow these thawing instructions: Place the bread pack in an ambient temperature well-ventilated area, around 20 ° C. Do not thaw in the refrigerator, choosing a warmer spot will thaw the bread quicker and maintain the quality. It is recommended to thaw the bread overnight to have it ready for use the following day.
