Carbonaut gluten free breads have a shelf life of 9 days at room temperature. To extend shelf life, keep product in the freezer and follow these thawing instructions: Place the bread pack in an ambient temperature well-ventilated area, around 20 ° C. Do not thaw in the refrigerator, choosing a warmer spot will thaw the bread quicker and maintain the quality. It is recommended to thaw the bread overnight to have it ready for use the following day. Wait for the bread to completely thaw out in full before use to avoid damage to slices when pulling them out from the rest of the loaf.
