Preparation instructions From thawed: do not remove vacuum package before thawing. Defrost in refrigerator (40°F/4°C) overnight or submerge vacuum package in cold water until thawed, approx. 40 minutes. From frozen: run cold water tap over vacuum package to loosen sauce and fish. Remove from packaging. Cut vacuum package open and place fish and sauce into a small baking dish. Oven: - Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C. - Place the baking pan containing fish and sauce directly on the middle rack. - From thawed: bake for 14-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 158°F/70°C. - From frozen: bake for 26-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 158°F/70°C. - Remove from oven using oven mitts, as pan will be hot. - Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. - Enjoy!
