COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 1 Add pasta to 10 cups of boiling, salted water. 2 Boil for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta reaches your desired firmness. Remove from heat and drain. Do not rinse. 3 Add pasta back to the pot with 1/4 cup of low fat milk and seasoning, and mix. (Optional: Add 1 to 3 tbsp butter for a creamier, richer flavour).
