Italian herbs Add balsamic vinegar Sweet & tangy Add mustard & honey Lemon & herbs Add lemon juice Italian herbs ¼ cup (60 ml) water ⅓ cup (75 ml) balsamic vinegar ¼ cup (60 ml) oil Sweet & tangy ⅓ cup (75 ml) yellow mustard ⅓ cup (75 ml) water ¼ cup (60 ml) honey Lemon & herbs ½ cup (125 ml) lemon juice ¼ cup (60 ml) oil 1. WHISK Marinade Mix and all ingredients in bowl, reserve 3 tbsp. for basting. Place meat in resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade and mix. 2. REFRIGERATE 30 minutes up to overnight. Remove meat from marinade, discard remaining marinade. 3. GRILL until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. To marinade 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of chicken
