Conventional oven
1 Defrost for best results, thaw before heating. Leaving ribs in the bag, thaw overnight in the refrigerator or run under cold running water for 15-20 minutes.
2 Prep preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Remove all packaging and place ribs, bone side down, on a non-stick baking tray. For easier clean-up, line baking tray with parchment paper.
3 Heat place baking tray on the middle rack of the oven and heat for 25-30 minutes. Add 10 minutes if cooking from frozen. Baste with sauce halfway during heating.
4 Serve ribs will be hot. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Barbecue

4 Serve ribs will be hot. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
