Cooking instructions Conventional oven 1 prep cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Remove turkey roast from packaging. Do not remove netting. 2 Cook place frozen turkey roast skin side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper on the middle rack of the oven and cook uncovered for 2 to 2 1/4 hours until cooked through. Since ovens vary in temperature, these are guidelines only. 3 Serve loosely cover turkey roast with aluminum foil and let stand for 10-15 minutes before removing netting and slicing. Barbecue fully defrost before cooking turkey roast on the barbecue. 1 Prep remove turkey roast from the box. Defrost turkey roast by placing roast in a pan in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove turkey roast from the plastic bag. Do not remove netting. 2 Cook place thawed turkey roast on grill, skin side up. Turn off the burner directly under the turkey roast and cook on indirect heat or on very low heat with the lid down for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Since barbecues vary in temperature, these are guidelines only. 3 Serve loosely cover turkey roast with aluminum foil and let stand for 10-15 minutes before removing netting and slicing.
