Preparation instructions:
To make 2 crepes, combine ⅓ cup (50 g) of Cora crepe mix with ⅓ cup (75 ml) of milk or plant-based beverage in a bowl.
To make 8 crepes, combine 1 ⅓ cups (200 g) of Cora crepe mix with 1⅓ cups (325 ml) of milk or plant-based beverage in a bowl.
Whisk vigorously until mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Lightly oil non-stick pan and preheat over medium-high heat. Pour ¼ cup (60 ml) of the mixture in the centre of the pan. Rotate the pan to spread uniformly. When the edge peels off easily and begins to brown, after about 1 minute, flip the crepe with a spatula. Cook for another 30 seconds or until cooked through and remove from the pan.
