Cooking instructions: blanche noodles in boiling water for about 1 minute. Remove and drain in a colander.
1. Stir-fry: pre-heat skillet over medium high heat; add 1 tbsp cooking oil and cook desired meats and vegetables. Add noodles, a quarter cup of water or favorite broth and seasonings, cover and allow to simmer for about 2 minutes. Mix meats, vegetables, and noodles together and remove and serve.
2. Soup: add blanched noodles into prepared hot soup broth and serve with desired cooked meats and/or vegetables.
