Preparation And Usage
Directions: 1) In a saucepan, mix contents with 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar. Stir in 1 cup (250 mL) cold water or fruit juice.
2) Bring to a boil; let boil over medium heat for 1 minute.
3) Cool for 1 minute, then spoon glaze evenly over fruit.
Tips: If glaze sets, it can be reliquefied by heating gently.
- To assemble flan, spread prepared Dr. Oetker Pudding over flan base. Cover with fruit, then glaze.
- To prevent flan base from becoming soggy, sprinkle with Dr. Oetker Whip it.
