Baking instructions
Recipe: when preparing a recipe, follow the suggested baking instructions. Other: preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet on the top third of the oven. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes or until golden. Baking time will be slightly shorter if you docked the pastry. Let pastry cool before serving. Appliance power may vary. These instructions are meant to serve as guidelines only.

Thaw puff pastry by placing the box in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours before use. Do not wait longer to remove the 2 sheets of dough from the packaging and gently unfold them onto a floured surface. Thawed pastry dough can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Never refreeze. Recipes prepared with puff pastry, however can be frozen. Eat baked pastry only.
