Baking instructions
Recipe: when preparing a recipe, follow the suggested baking instructions. Other: preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet on the top third of the oven. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes or until golden. Baking time will be slightly shorter if you docked the pastry. Let pastry cool before serving. Appliance power may vary. These instructions are meant to serve as guidelines only.

Preparation And Usage
THAWING: Place frozen dough at ambient temperature for 1 hour and a half to 2 hours or in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. After thawing, remove the 2 sheets of dough immediately from the packaging and gently unfold them onto a floured surface. Once unfolded, use immediately or keep unfolded dough refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Do not refreeze thawed pastry sheets. Eat baked pastry only.
