Baking instructions
Recipe : follow your recipe's baking instructions. Other: place the thawed and shaped pastry on a baking sheet that is either lightly greased or lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place the baking sheet in the top third section of the oven and cook 20 to 23 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove baking sheet and let cool on a rack. Eat baked pastry only.

General instructions
Place frozen pastry in refrigerator for 12-20 hours before use. Remove thawed pastry from packaging, place on a floured surface and roll out to desired shape. Generally, when rolled out, half the package yields a 25 cm (10 in) square. After defrosting, the pastry can be kept in the refrigerator up to 24 hours. It cannot be refrozen. Recipes prepared with puff pastry can be frozen.
