Ready made fondue | 400 g, 2-3 portions Instructions for use: empty contents into a «caquelon» (or a sauce pan). Bring to the boil over strong heat stirring continuously. Add garlic, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Place the «caquelon» over a spirit-lamp (or a burner) and keep the fondue bubbling gently. Place prepared cubes of bread on a fondue fork, dip in the mix, stir and then enjoy. Microwave directions: to prepare Swiss Knight® Fondue, place contents in a microwave-safe dish or bowl. Heat at high power for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Pour mixture into a chafing dish or fondue pot to keep Swiss Knight® Fondue boiling hot. Serve: dip pieces of crusty French bread into the fondue stirring each time. For a change, substitute cubes of cooked ham or smoked meat for the pieces of bread. As a side dish we recommend croutons, boiled potatoes, crunchy vegetables, pieces of fruit fresh or from the can.

Storage tip: best kept cool and dry. Can be frozen. Thaw in a bain-marie or in the refrigerator (not in the micro-wave).
