Cooking & Usage Tips
Cooking instructions:
1. Prepare in soup: place rice noodle in boiling chicken/beef broth or water. Stir and let boil for 3-5 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
2. Stir-fry: soak rice noodle in warm water for about 5 minutes. Next, place and stir in boiling water for about 4 minutes and drain. Stir-fry meat in slices or cubes together with shrimp, mushroom and/or vegetables, etc. Lastly, place in rice vermicelli and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
3. Deep frying: fry rice noodle in boiling oil (no need to soak); such preparation is good when mixed with congee. It is also a delicious dish when added with shredded meat and mushrooms, etc.
