Cooking instructions: BBQ: grease BBQ grill and preheat to medium heat. Remove burgers from packaging and brush with vegetable oil. Place them on grill and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Frying pan: preheat frying pan over medium-low heat and add a bit of vegetable oil to the pan. Remove burgers from packaging, place in pan and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Safe handling instructions: always wash work surfaces, utensils and hands after touching raw meat. These instructions are guidelines only; adjust your appliances accordingly. Cook thoroughly until a thermometer placed in the centre of the burger indicates 74°C /165°F regardless of cooking method used. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
