DIRECTIONS
To make 350 mL of sauce:
Bring 250 mL of water to a boil. In a separate bowl, whisk the contents of the packet with 100 mL of cold water to form a paste. Add this paste to the boiling water, whisking continuously. Return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
