Product Information

Fromalp Gourmet Fondue is made with Gruyère and Emmental cheese and is prepared following a traditional Swiss fondue recipe. It is the perfect way to turn an everyday meal into a feast. The creamy texture, the full-bodied flavour with less alcohol than the regular Fromalp make a special fondue. It is best to eat it with a dry white wine, "de Savoie" if possible.

Swiss Cheese 50% (Milk, Bacterial cultures, Rennet, Salt), White wine, Water, Starch, Kirsch, Brandy, Salt, Sodium phosphates, Locus bean gum, Spices.

Preparation And Usage

Instructions for use: 1. Cut open the top of the pouch along its entire length and pour the contents into a fondue "caquelon". - 2. Over a high flame, bring to a simmer briefly, whilst stirring continuously with a wooden spoon. - 3. Season to taste with pepper, nutmeg or garlic. - 4. Place the fondue "caquelon" on a plate warmer and allow to simmer gently. - 5. Skewer bread cubes onto a fondue fork, dip into the fondue, stir and enjoy.
