Cooking instructions
In the oven*:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the pavers in a non-stick baking dish with the cooking juice and cover with foil.
- Reheat in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve, drizzling with the cooking juices.
- Chef's suggestion: dilute a spoonful of tomato paste or Dijon mustard in the broth before basting. Adjust the seasoning if desired.
In boiling water*:
- Place the bag in a saucepan with the water, bring to a low boil and let warm for 10 minutes. Be careful, the content will be very hot!
- Remove the contents of the bag by pouring gently into a bowl. Serve, drizzling with the cooking juices.
*Product should be consumed at least 165°F / 74°C.
