COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Oven : Preheat oven to 400 ℉ (200 ℃). Place bacon slices on a baking sheet, in the center of the oven. Cook about 8 min. Turn slices over and cook another 5 min. or until desired texture is reached.
Pan : Place bacon slices in a frying pan and cook on medium heat, turning frequently, until desired texture is reached.
Cook to an internal temperature of 71 ℃. Cooking time may vary depending on method used.
