Handling instructions:
Cook from defrosted.
Defrost overnight method: place bag of shrimp in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Quick defrost method: place bag in a bowl. Allow cold water to run over the package for approximately 6 minutes or until thawed.
Argentinian Wild Pink Shrimp tend to cook faster than other shrimp species. From thawed these shrimp shouldn't take more than about 3-4 minutes on medium-high to high heat. Shrimp are cooked when opaque in the center.
Defrosted shrimp should be used within 24 hours. Do not refreeze defrosted Shrimp.
