Preparation And Usage
Thawing instructionsFish: remove the package from the box, perforate the packaging and leave in the refrigerator for about 6 to 7 hours. Quick thaw: remove the package from the box and submerge in cold. Water for 30 minutes. Do not thaw in microwave, in hot water or at room temperature. Eat within 24 hours after thawing.
Marinade: remove the cup from the box and leave it at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
