A ready-to-serve tartare containing 120g of natural Atlantic salmon already cubed, plus a classic marinade (20ml). Our salmon cubes are ready to use to create a delicious tartare with their own marinade. Quick defrosting, uniform cube size. The marinade is served separately, to be added as desired. The single portion and separate marinade offer a quality experience at home. Consumers can adjust the seasoning and enhance their meal to their liking without all the hassle of preparation. Made in Quebec with imported ingredients. Mix the fish with the marinade and feel free to add your personal touch to your tartar by including any of the following: Crushed walnuts and dried fruit, mango and coriander , capers, avocado and French shallot. This product is received frozen and has not been thawed out.

Keep frozen prior to use. Do not refreeze.

Thawing instructionsFish: remove the package from the box, perforate the packaging and leave in the refrigerator for about 6 to 7 hours. Quick thaw: remove the package from the box and submerge in cold. Water for 30 minutes. Do not thaw in microwave, in hot water or at room temperature. Eat within 24 hours after thawing. Marinade: remove the cup from the box and leave it at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
