Instructions for use Gusta gravy preparation - Add 2 cups of water (500 ml) and the 2 tubes of sauce concentrate to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a whisk. Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce to brush over roast during cooking. Roast preparation -Preheat oven to 350ºF (180℃). Remove plastic wrap. Place roast in a suitable baking dish and brush sauce on roast. Bake roast for 60 minutes (350ºF (180℃)). After 20 minutes, remove roast and brush again with sauce. Place back in the oven. After 40 minutes, remove roast and brush again with sauce. Place back in the oven. Lightly heat the remaining sauce in a saucepan. Serve the roast with Gusta gravy.
