DIRECTION FOR USE READ ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE EACH USE RETAIN PACKAGING INFORMATION FOR FUTURE REFERENCES. Apply this product only as specified on this label. - Do not contaminate food or feedstuffs. - Except when applying directly to pets, do not apply this product in a way that will contact adults, children or pets, either directly or through drift. Care should be taken to prevent exposure of other pets that may be in close contact with the treated animal. FOR USE ONLY ON DOGS. Do NOT use on puppies less than 6 months of age. Do NOT use on cats or kittens. Use caution when applying to young or small dogs as they may be more sensitive to pesticide products. 1. Do NOT administer by mouth. 2. Wet dog's coat thoroughly with water. 3. Use 15 mL of shampoo per 6.8 kg of body weight (2.2 mL of shampoo/kg of body weight) and rub shampoo into coat starting with head. 4. Keep out of pet's eyes. 5. Work backward from head to tail until coat is completely covered with foamy lather. Pay special attention to neck, hindquarters, areas under legs, around the tail and between toes. Do NOT treat eyes, face or genitals of the dog. 6. Let stand or continue to massage in for 5 minutes. 7. Rinse thoroughly to remove all traces of shampoo from the dog's coat. 8. Do not use this shampoo more often than once every week. Treatment must be repeated only if the pest problem reoccurs. Do NOT use solely as a shampoo when there is no pest problem. Consult a veterinarian before using on sick, aged, pregnant or nursing animals or animals receiving drug or other pesticide treatment. For effective flea and tick control, treatment of the pet should be combined with sanitation of any area used by the pet. Vacuum floors, carpets and furniture (discard vacuum bag after use) and wash the pet's bedding, living quarters and surrounding areas. If pest problems persist, an insecticidal treatment of the premises may be required. A veterinarian should be consulted when flea infestation continues to be a problem on the pet. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage and disposal. Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Container Disposal: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. If empty: Offer for recycling, if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
