Cooking instructions
Pan/stove top:
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small sauté pan. Cook frozen patty on medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Oven/toaster oven (preferred method):
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen patty on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Microwave:
Remove patty from plastic and place on a microwave safe plate. Cook on high for 1 minute. Carefully flip and cook an additional 1 minute. Based on 1100 watt microwave.
