Preparation And Usage
YOU WILL NEED...
1/3 cup (80 ml) canola oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the dry cookie mix into a bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine oil, milk and egg.
- Mix the two preparations until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Roll into small balls, place on the baking sheet and lightly press down with a fork.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned.
