DIRECTIONS: BASIC METHOD: Stir 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water into jelly powder. Stir until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup (250 mL) cold water or fruit juice. Chill until set. Do not add fresh pineapple or kiwi fruit. JELLY WILL NOT SET. QUICK SET METHOD: Stir 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water into jelly powder. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes. Stir until jelly thickens (3-5 min). Remove any unmelted ice. Chill 30 min. Makes 4 servings, 1/2 cup (125 mL).
