Quick set:
- Dissolve contents of package in 3 L (12 cups) boiling water.
- Measure 3 L (12 cups) finely crushed ice; add cold water just to cover ice.
- Add ice to dissolved jelly powder stirring constantly until ice melts and mixture starts to thicken.
- Chill until firm.
