You will need 1 cup (125 g) organic gf waffle mix 1 egg or flax meal or ground chia seeds* 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil Waffles ¾ cup (170 ml) of milk or vegetable beverage* Or pancakes 1 cup (227 ml) of milk or vegetable beverage* * Dairy free / vegan version: replace milk with plant-based beverage. Replace egg with 1 tbsp flax meal or ground chia seeds + 3 tbsp hot water. Let stand, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until thickened. Preparation Yield: 4 waffles or 4 pancakes 1. Preheat waffle/pancake maker. 2. Pour mix and ingredients in a bowl. Mix with a whisk. Pour in the waffle/pancake maker. 3. Bake about 4 minutes.
