Cooking instructions Skillet Prepare a non-stick pan with cooking spray and pre-heat pan on low to medium heat. Cook burger for 4-5 minutes on each side. Grill Preheat grill to 300° F (149 °C). Place frozen burger directly on grill and cook the first side for 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook for 6-7 minutes. Oven Preheat oven to 375 ° F (191 °C). Put burger on a non-stick baking pan and heat for 7-8 minutes. Turn burger and heat for an additional 7-8 minutes. Toaster oven Broil on tray for 9-10 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 9-10 minutes. Keep frozen prior to cooking. Remove frozen burgers from plastic wrap before cooking. Cooking times may vary. Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 °F (74 °C).
