Preparation And Usage
DIRECTIONS: Drop one package of steamed noodles into 5 cups of boiling water. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour into colander and drain. Then follow instructions for various recipes below.
FOR STEAMED NOODLES ON SALAD
Put the colander in the refrigerator and chill for 5 minutes. Place the noodles in large bowl. Add lettuce, 3 tomatoes, sliced 1/4 cup of pickles, and season with salt & pepper, a few drops of vinegar and salad dressing. Mix and serve (Serve 5).
FOR SOUP NOODLES
Simply place the noodles in your prepared soup base (Serves 4).
